The Blodgett OMNI Series VFFS (vertical form fill sealing) machines are designed for years of dependable service while ensuring durability through a simple and rugged design. The OMNI series machines can be configured for both dry and liquid fill applications using scales, augers, volumetric as well as liquid fill pumps. The OMNI series can be configured for either polyethylene or polypropylene films as well as most laminates, including metallic faced films. Bag makers can be supplied with either fin seal or lap seal forming collars.
The OMNI 1 can handle up to a 15-inch bag width and a 34-inch bag length. It utilizes a strip function during the sealing process and is alternatively fitted with our gusseted bag attachment for standup bags.
The OMNI 2 can handle up to a 10-inch bag width and a 34-inch bag length. The OMNI 2 was designed as a space-saving alternative to the larger machines, with a footprint of just under four by six feet. The OMNI 2 can also be configured for either dry or liquid fill applications.
